Setting up a Windows Media or Ogg Theora playlist

You can stream video files using the file:// option as the source URL in the Peercast broadcast page. You can input a single media file or a entire playlist (asx/pls/etc). All files listed within the media playlist must be encoded at the same bitrate.  You must also set the correct bitrate.

It is also possible to use the EZStream software to create playlists for Theora video streaming as well.
